Automatic writing and intuition: a practice without losing yourself

Automatic writing is a practice of inner listening. It may bring forward unexpected images, words, and associations when held in a calm, free, and conscious framework.

Prepare the space

Choose ten uninterrupted minutes. Soft light, slow breathing, and one intention are enough. The goal is not to force a message, but to let inner material appear.

A four-step method

Write the question in one sentence. Set a five-minute timer and write without correcting. Reread and underline emotionally charged words. End with one realistic action or a soothing sentence.

Discernment and protection

A written sentence is not automatically an outside truth. If the practice increases fear, stop, return to the body, and speak with someone you trust. Intuition becomes clearer when it can meet time, facts, and freedom of choice.

With the Grimoire

Compare your notes with the lunar phase, emotional journal, and tarot readings. The Grimoire thread helps distinguish a recurring intuition from a passing emotion.
