Subscriber access
An active subscription gives access to the full Monna Grimoire space.
This access includes in particular:
- - guided profile setup;
- - personalized astrological readings;
- - contextual tarot and its history;
- - guided rituals;
- - favorable periods;
- - the personal journal;
- - the Moon, Planets, Timeline, and Summary pages;
- - profile settings.
Account without an active subscription
An account without an active subscription may access public pages, sign-in, and certain account information.
Access to the full Grimoire may be limited until the subscription is activated or resumed.
Subscription management
When Stripe is enabled, subscription management can be handled through the Stripe customer portal or from the account area.
Plan changes, cancellations, and payment method updates depend on the options available in the portal.
Payment issues
If a payment fails, access may be temporarily maintained, limited, or suspended depending on the status transmitted by the payment provider.
Users may resolve the situation from their account area or by contacting support.
Data after subscription end
Ending a subscription does not automatically delete the account.
Users may request deletion of their personal data according to the terms described in the privacy policy.
