1. Services provided

Monna Grimoire offers subscriptions giving access to a personal SaaS platform dedicated to astrology, tarot, lunar cycles, personal journaling, guided rituals, and favorable-period tracking.

Full access includes profile setup, personalized readings, the dashboard, Moon and Planets pages, contextual tarot, the journal, rituals, chakras, the timeline, and the reading summary.

2. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros.

VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Applicable prices are those displayed on the Pricing page at the time of subscription.

3. Payment

Payment is processed through Stripe.

Access to the service is activated immediately after payment confirmation.

Monna Grimoire does not store full bank card numbers. Payment data is processed by Stripe according to its own terms and security standards.

4. Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account area or through the Stripe customer portal when available.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already paid period.

5. No refund

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services performed immediately after payment with the user's express consent.

No refund will be issued, unless required by law or decided exceptionally by the publisher.

6. User responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information entered in their account, especially birth data used to personalize certain readings.

The content offered by Monna Grimoire consists of symbolic and personal readings. It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice.

7. Applicable law

These sales terms are governed by French law.
