Ritual baths: water, herbs, and symbolic purification
A ritual bath turns an everyday gesture into a symbolic passage. Water marks transition, while herbs, salt, and light give intention a tangible form.
A gentle cleansing
Air the bathroom and choose one intention: release the day, close a period, or return to softness. A stable candle and quiet music may be enough.
Herbs and care
Prefer a cooled infusion of common, identified herbs. Avoid essential oils without knowing their use, irritating plants, and mixtures whose safety you do not know. Never place a toxic plant in bath water.
The practice
Prepare the infusion and pour it into warm water. Breathe for a few minutes and imagine what you are releasing without trying to erase an emotion. Step out, rinse if needed, and write one sentence about what changed.
With the Grimoire
Choose a lunar phase that fits your intention, then use the journal to observe the ritual's actual effect. Tarot may accompany the question without replacing discernment.
